Evernote has just launched Templates, a new feature that allows you to easily find, add, manage and use premade notes according to your needs. There are also new professionally designed templates availble through the Evernote app.

How to Use a New Template

To use a template, just create a new note and click the Template button, then you’ll be able to see your saved templates and pick one.

If you need a template for a new project, you can check out the new Evernote templates hub and see all the professionally designed templates sorted by collections and categories.

Currently, the hub provides 34 templates sorted by:

  • For Life

  • Creative Writing

  • Home and Garden

  • Management Resources

  • Marketing & Sales

  • Meetings

  • Party Planning

  • Personal Well-Being

  • Project Management

If you have a FREE Evernote plan, you’ll be able to only use premade templates and not create your own ones. To find them, just create a new note and then click the Template button, you'll be redirected to the new templates hub.

Premium feature: How to Save a note as a Template

If you have Evernote Premium or Evernote Business, you'll be able to create your own templates and your frequently used notes will be available to use over and over again.

To create a new one, simply click the options menu inside your note and then Save as template.
